The first thing to be aware of is that your booking must have been Approved before you can upload or sign any documents. Also it is currently not available for most mobile devices. If your booking has not been approved yet then you can message the event with the Message Event Button next to your order to check the status of your booking.
If your booking has been approved then you should be able to click the Blue folder Located in the top right of your Booking.
A window should then open with the documents the vendor has asked for. At the bottom of the list on the left hand side you should see a section for E-Signature Docs. Click on the name of any of those documents to open that document in the preview panel.
On the top right of the preview panel you will see an orange button that says Sign Document, click this button to begin the signing process.You can then drag the signature box from the top left of the page to the signature area of the document.
After you place the Signature box it will Open A form where you can fill out your Full Name and Initials as well as preview the signature. When it is satisfactory press the orange Adopt and Sign button.
You should then see your signature where you placed it on the document.
To finalize the signing process click the Orange Finish and Submit button located at the top right of the page.
Your document has now been signed and the Event will be notified.
